It's a Holiday Season.
The streets of Berne, Switzerland are decorated with Christmas trees and illuminated at night.
If you look through one of my sites listed under my bio, you can see a picture of a 14-meter Christmas tree being placed at the Bundesplatz in front of the Swiss Parliament building.
This tree comes from a neighboring town of Boll and is decorated with 4000 lights and 150 balls.
In the Advent season, you can also visit many churches and enjoy the Christmas concerts.
This year I happened to visit a church which offered a gospel music concert. I didn't expect Swiss church members to sing in English nonetheless gospel! (To clarify... All the talks were in Swiss German which I don't understand...)
I really enjoyed it. You can find a video from the Christmas concert on my "Swiss" site in my bio.
For this year's Christmas, I created handmade ornaments.
This idea came from a recycle-mind. There were so many unused CD-ROMs at work. They were just getting stacked higher and higher.
I was looking at it grow every day and wanted to make use of them. I searched around for recycle ideas.
Now I "invented" my way of creasting Christmas ornaments. It's easy, but it takes some time. You have to patient. You cannot go to the next step unless everything is dried and glued together, etc. You can find a How-To-Make-Handmade-Christmas-Ornaments video at my "Ornaments" site listed at my bio.
Happy holidays everyone!
