I am an author of articles on how to use the Law of Attraction and Eczema Natural Treatment. My passion is to help inspire and empower lives.

Pollen, dust, pet dander, and peanuts all have one thing in common. They may be an allergy trigger in some people. Learning more about the cause of allergies in your body can give you the tools you need to keep yourself healthy and free from allergy symptoms. What happens in your body to cause allergies?

When the offending allergen gets into your body, your immune system recognizes it as an intruder. This causes the immune system to create immunoglobulin E., an antibody, to begin the process of fighting against the offending allergen. The immunoglobulin E. creates mast cells who release histamine into the bloodstream to fight against the allergens. The histamine release is what sets into motion your body having allergy symptoms.

A histamine reaction is when you begin to see signs and symptoms in your body when you come into contact with a particular allergen. Some of these signs include watery eyes, sneezing, coughing, runny nose, and other symptoms in the respiratory system, skin, or even the digestive system. These symptoms can range from the very mild to the severe, which is why it is essential that you determine what you are allergic to, so that you can avoid the particular allergen and/or consider treatment methods.

The cause of allergies is in many cases hereditary. If a parent has allergies, then there is a higher incidence of having a child with allergies. The parent and child may not be allergic to the exact same things, because it is the sensitivity to allergens that is hereditary, rather than the allergy to a specific thing.

This is why antihistamines are commonly used to treat the symptoms of allergies. They fight against the histamine reaction in your body to help decrease your symptoms. By decreasing the histamine response, your body will have fewer allergy symptoms, which will allow you to live your life.

Some natural health experts also say that the cause of allergies is due to a condition known as the leaky gut syndrome. Leaky gut syndrome refers to the damage to the lining of the bowel that leads to increased permeability of the intestinal lining. The lining becomes inflamed and damaged, due to a variety of reasons such as the overuse of antibiotics, poor diet, toxins and infection. When there is increased permeability of the intestinal lining, toxins, undigested food, waste, or other matter are allowed to pass through; leading to inflammation. Allergic symptoms then manifest.

Learning about the cause of allergies can allow you to understand more about the allergy response in your body. Hence, you can then see what appropriate actions you should take. The histamine response of your body must be decreased or stopped in order for you to not have the miserable symptoms that are associated with coming into contact with an allergen. You don’t have to live with the misery and irritation of allergies. Live a life free of allergy symptoms by finding the proper treatment and learning more about the cause of allergies!
