You might not realize this, but unless you've been eating a perfectly healthy diet your whole life, your body is filled with negative toxins. Every thing you eat is absorbed by your body. Usually the toxins of the foods you eat are expelled through your bowels, but what if you don't have bowel movements after every meal? That's where the Body Brush comes in!

The skin is the largest body organ, so it only makes sense that your skin should be used to expel toxins. But what happens when your skin is not doing its job?

Your skin is constantly pushing toxins out of your body up to the surface for expulsion. If you can't find any body brushes, ask a clerk for "massage brushes", since that is the usual name for them.

Now that you've got your brush, this is what you need to do with it. First of all, you need to use the brush daily. This can be done before you take a shower or a bath. Another great time to use a body brush is before doing exercise, where you expect to sweat. The sweating helps your body expel the toxins from your skin. Remember to wash the brush after about 3 days of use, with some mild soap and water.

Use the brush starting from under your feet, brushing "towards the heart". If you are a woman, avoid brushing your chest. Another great bonus of using a body brush is that it reduces cellulite! What an amazing tool! It's so simple and it's something you can do every day to help you lose weight, stop cellulite and be healthier! Now go out and find yourself a body brush and get ready for some great changes!

Body brushing daily helps increase circulation, improves metabolism and you get rid of dead skin cells to help your body's natural detoxification process.

I found the Elemis body brush found on timetospa.com to be the most effective, and after using it for a while it seems to have lessened cellulite marks I've had for a long time.

They have some interesting info on reducing cellulite - hope this helps!
