Renowed research associations have come out with a study on stress and its causes. The main hazard of stress is not the requirement of Nutrition and dietary aspects, but the anxiety and pressure which may cause to neglect the requirments or proper dietary aspects.
Stress for longer periods can affect Vitamin C, B and D. This may change the brain chemistry and could influence our moods.
What is the key to our emotion and where is it lying.
The key to our emotion lies within certain chemicals in the blood stream. These are nothing but called as neuro-transmitters. These are actually produced from the nutrients in the food. This is the reason why there is a need for nutritious and balanced diet to free ourself from the mental and physical diseases and relieve stress.
What do we require to avoid stress?
From the nutrition point of view, a balanced diet should be defined. The quality of food and the quantity of each type has to be determined approximately, so that the consumption of different nutrition and vitamins as required by the body are consumed.
The micro-nutrients like vitamins and minerals and other macro nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates and fats are adequately met. And a small provision is made for extra nutrient to withstand short duration of leanness (infections in the body).
