I came across Fat Loss For Idiots programs, after my wife complained about my tummy, which was just about average until I got married. I decided to try this sneaky diet called Fat Loss 4 idiots program. Though I couldn't lose 9 lbs in 11 days (as they claim) I burned 13 pounds of pure fat in 22 days. I gained 2 inch waist and at least 10-15 pounds after I got married last year August. I always thought I'm fit because I walk 30-45 minutes each day; and I'm 100% veggy, my regular diet consists of very low fat and contains lots of fruits and green vegetables; I eat out very rarely; I drive Car only when necessary. Most of the popular diet & weight loss programs require you to buy very expensive meal plan (& that's how those companies make millions$$$) This is where Fat loss for idiots diet program is different than others. You are not required to buy anything extra.

I feel that Fatloss4idiot is the cheapest and most economical diet program ever created which anyone can afford. (just $39-one time) Though the name sounds like sneaky it really works. They claim that you will lose 9 Lbs every 11 days...that claim sounds like sales exaggerate; or maybe it really work? But I managed to lose 7 pounds in 11 days! I repeated the diet for another 11 days and today I'm 13 pounds slimmer than before!

How Does Fat Loss 4 Idiot Program Work?

It's a stupid system called "Calorie Shifting" where you shock your body metabolism, thus resulting in fast weight loss.

How the Idiot proof Diet Works?

Take 4 meals per day with a gap of 2 ½ hours each.

Keep changing the protein - carb ratio so that your metabolism can never settle down at one particular point. This will not allow your metabolism to slow down. ( Fasting and Appetite suppressants result in slow metabolism which adversely affect weight loss).

Idiot proof diet is a 11 days diet plan followed by 3 days cheat period wherein you can eat any thing of your choice. This diet plan can be repeated any number of times till you reach your desired weight. You can take a break in between if you feel so.

Fat loss 4 Idiots is totally an online-based diet program and therefore it is extremely easy to access it sitting in front of your PC.

The online diet elements are all very well done, adding a nice professional element to everything. You can also download a PDF file having basic rules and formula behind the diet plan.


Fat Loss 4 Idiots food is made up of lean proteins, fruit and vegetables, and the sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs).
