I need to know if you are right with God? He answered, "yes mom". I knew from that point on that there would be enormous physical and emotional pain if he did die, but I also was sure at that moment, that what really mattered, I would see him again in eternity.
My son didn't die. After four nights in intensive care, a bout with what we now know was pericarditis and acute pancreatitis, he recovered dramatically. How? I believe it was because of all of the prayers that were being lifted to heaven on his behalf. The doctors were stunned by his miraculous recovery. He is still in the process today, but things are looking very good for him now and he came so close to death that he is now even closer to God.
What does this have to do with mesothelioma info? You see, I am a Christian. I believe that many things are set in motion in this universe. God handed the world over to man to care for it and in the process, man took many things into his own hands and made unwise decisions. God also allowed Satan to rule this earth. The good things come from God. The bad things come from Satan. That may sound simplistic, but the gospel isn't really that difficult. Of course, God allows things to happen, even bad things for a reason as He is in ultimate control. Satan has already been trampled under foot by Jesus Christ. He has lost and he is out to get all of us whether it be through mesothelioma or lung or breast or any other type of cancer.
You may be dying physically. You may have mesothelioma or some other type of terrible disease and God may not choose to heal you on this earth, yet if you don't go to Him, you may never know if you could be healed, even on this earth. But with God's free gift of eternal life, you can be healed forever in heaven.
It is my belief that you can choose to ignore this at your own peril or you can choose to seek eternal life. You do have that choice. You may be thinking, what if this author is off her rocker? What if she is wrong? Instead, why not change your thought pattern to receive spiritual healing and instead find out on your own through the Holy Bible if the author is right.
All of the answers are there. Take that first step of faith, open the bible to the book of John and just start reading. Ask God to open your spiritual eyes and ears and prove Himself. If you really mean it, He will do just that. He will come into your life and give you peace that passes all understanding. In the midst of your storm, your battle with mesothelioma, He will reach down to you and carry you the rest of the way whether it be to physical healing on this earth or in heaven.
Go to a bible believing church. If you can't find one, look on the internet for a local church in your area. Find other Christian people to be with who can help you through. Find people who will pray with you and for you. You don't have to be hopeless in this situation. You don't have to be alone and most of all, you don't have to be scared of what lies beyond.
