I just love it when they come out with all these research studies that prove this or that. Then a few weeks later the exact opposite will be proven by another study.

Well the study that I am writing about today is probably true and probably won't be negated by another study.

Another good reason to exercise

If you regularly exercise almost every day for 30 minutes or more, you will live longer than if you didn't. Plus you must consider all of the extra benefits of daily exerices.

* It can help you lose weight or maintain your weight
* It makes you think better, clearer
* It reduces stress
* It makes you sleep very soundly
* It makes you keep up with your young children
* It keeps your bones, joints and ligaments healthy
****and now.....It Makes you live longer
