Do you have blood circulation problems? Are your hands and feet always freezing cold? Do you have swollen veins or arteries or other heart conditions? Are you at risk of getting a heart attack? Don't worry, because there is something that you can do to change the way your body is functioning and change the direction you are heading. Simply by adding a bit of fresh herbs and certain foods into your diet you will be able to heal your heart, your blood and the inside of your body. Read on to find out more about the foods that will help you to heal yourself without the use of expensive laser surgery or drugs!
The first food that I will recommend to help your blood circulation is fresh cayenne pepper. Of course you can't just start chocking down some cayenne every day, you will need to find some nice recipes in which cayenne adds to the taste of the dish. You will also need to be able to find some fresh cayenne herbs, because the heated and overprocessed cayenne that you can find in your local grocery store is probably not very beneficial to you anymore. Obviously if you are unable to get your hands on any fresh cayenne anywhere else, then the store bought brands are probably better than nothing. To find some new recipes that will let you absorb as much fresh cayenne as possible, try looking at some vegetarian or Mexican recipes. Try to cut back on the meat in those recipes, since meat will slow down your absorption of the cayenne pepper.
The next best thing for circulation is to eat some fresh ginger. Ginger is a root and can be bought fresh in many supermarkets. If you are unable to find fresh ginger anywhere, you might want to try some Asian markets in your area because many Asian cultures cook predominately with ginger as their spice of choice. To use ginger, try cutting up the root and maybe dicing it finely and adding it to soups and other dishes that you make. While you're at it, you might even want to try some Chinese, Vietnamese or Thai recipes which make use of Ginger. You will benefit from eating ginger because of the way that it builds your immune system and helps your blood flow.
Another great food to eat is the raw tomato. These red fruits have often been used to enhance Italian dishes but eaten fresh on top of a salad for example will give you so many more benefits than it would coming in can of pasta sauce. So the next time you are at the grocery store, pick up a ripe, plump and juicy red tomato and eat it like an apple, or diced on top of a salad or even filled with tuna or sprouts.
You don't need to live with bad blood circulation, it is possible to heal yourself and your body without the use of drugs and other outside influences. Just eat some cayenne, some ginger and some tomato every week and start to feel the benefits today!
