If you are at risk for diabetes, you must evaluate your eating habits and definitely add daily exercise for at least 30 minutes. If you have never exercised, then start out very slow, maybe just walk around the block every day to get started.

Type 2 diabetes is not an appealing disease to acquire and if you can prevent it from happening to you, you should take all the necessary steps.
