You need to face the facts: if you want to become financially free again it will require action on your part. You can read all you want, but if you don't follow up by taking action, it's pointless.
Two Methods To Improve Your Economy
There are two methods to improve your economy. It's fairly logic and easy, yet overlooked by many:
- Increase income
- Decrease expenses
Increase Income
There are many methods to increase your income. You could read my blog on Earning Money Online which you will find over at: www.blunck.dk/earning-money-online
You could also start blogging and begin earning money from Adsense income just as we do when we release our articles here on WorldVillage. It is much easier than you might originally think. All that is needed is that you release ORIGINAL content. Articles you have written yourself.
Decrease Expenses
Decreasing expenses seems difficult during some months, but you must face the facts. If you're living from paycheck to paycheck you should STOP this tendency. You should read the articles my Becoming Financially Free Again blog and begin building a budget so you can begin the change for the better.
You and your family deserve that you get in charge of your money. The information is available all over WorldVillage. Many of us focus on responsible ways to administer your money. But the question is: "Will you listen and implement what is being GIVEN to you?"
I hope so. Carpe diem.

Refinancing - Should You Refinance Your Home?
Posted on Mar 14, 2008 at 10:19 AM by Ellie G
In order to make the costs of refinancing worth it, you need to be in your home long enough to reap the benefits. Experts recommend that anything more than five years is good. If you intend to move before that time you will have little to gain from refinancing. And if you plan on moving in three years or less, it makes virtually no sense at all to refinance.
That said, if you're nearing the end of a fixed rate loan (in other words, you've already taken advantage of most of your tax deductible interest), a new loan could prove beneficial. The advantage here is you can deduct the interest and prorated points year by year.

Like all types of loans it is important you understand the ins and out of secured loans before signing up for one. There are certain implications to selecting this kind of loan and you should understand the loan terms and interest rates in advance of signing on the dotted line.

What kind of loan is best for you?
Posted on Feb 28, 2008 at 10:33 AM by Ellie G
When it comes to loans there are a vast array of financial options open to you. The challenge though is finding the one that best suits your particular needs.
The first thing you need to do is shop around in person and on the Internet. Compare loan rates from different lenders. You want to determine whether a traditional bank or finance company lender you can deal with face to face is best for you or if you are comfortable with a good (low interest) loan from an online lender.
If you're new to loans and lending in general you may be even more confused by the number of loan options that are available. I will explain the most common ones.

Questions to ask about refinancing
Posted on Feb 28, 2008 at 08:27 AM by Ellie G
Refinancing is not for everyone. Therefore, it's important to think of all the questions to ask about refinancing before actually signing anything.
People refinance for many reasons - to lower monthly payments, to pay off a loan, build equity faster, convert a variable rate into a fixed rate mortgage etc.
When considering refinancing you not only need to know what questions to ask about refinancing but you also need to answer some questions yourself before you seek out the advice of a lender.

One day, you'll be able to retire, and reap the rewards you've earned by working all your life. While it might seem a long way off, the fact is that the earlier you start preparing for retirement, the better off you'll be. While we should ideally start planning for the future in our twenties and thirties, most of us don't really get started until a few years before retirement. However, if you're tempted to put off planning your retirement strategy until later, remember that the longer you give your money to grow, the more you'll have. Also, the longer you give yourself to prepare, the more you'll know and the happier you'll be when retirement time comes.

Posted on Feb 9, 2008 at 09:50 AM by Ellie G
If you're interested in online mortgage lending and are looking for an online mortgage lender, it's important you know that not all online mortgage lenders have representation in each of the 50 states.
So before you waste any time applying online, it's in your best interest to make sure that the online mortgage lender you select is represented in the state in which you reside.
Accountability is the number one disadvantage of online mortgage lending. Therefore, it's your job as the potential borrower to do your homework and keep on top of your application. ETF's: The Missing Edge In Your Portfolio?
Posted on Feb 1, 2008 at 10:23 PM by Christopher Smith
Exchange Traded Funds, also known as ETFs, are index funds traded on the major stock exchanges just like stocks. An index fund involves a collection of securities, much like mutual funds, except that ETFs differ from mutual funds in some distinctive ways. They are traded like stocks but investors get the benefit of diversification in their investments bundled into one security. However, where mutual funds have a net asset value, or NAV, that is calculated daily, ETFs experience fluctuations in price throughout the course of the day. You also have the opportunity to purchase just one share and the expense ratios tend to me lower than with a mutual fund.

discount trading brokerages - Go Big or Go Broke with a Broker

How many times have you glanced at the legal ramblings on an application, only to sign on the dotted like when opening up a new account with your broker? If there is a problem in the future, those are the rules your broker will use to justify their actions. Still glad you glanced at it?
Depending on what services your broker is providing, there will be several forms to fill out. Read them all out. Make sure that what you and your broker agreed to is written out. Are your investment objectives listed in the agreement? Net worth listed also? Have you been completely honest in filling out the agreement? Your stock broker will tailor your investment plan around those numbers.

With today's high priced loonie, there has never been a better time to import a vehicle to Canada. The value is unbelievable and often times Canadians can save up to 45% on new vehicle purchases in the US and as much as 35% on used vehicles imported from the United States. So why don't more Canadians take advantage of this geographic arbitrage? Well, simply put, the Canadian government has restrictions that make importing kind of difficult to protect the auto industry. The good news is that figuring out the process doesn't have to be so hard when you have resources available for free online. Instead of paying for an expensive e-book check out www.importcar2canada.com for free information on the process.

Spousal RRSP Contributions

Spousal RRSP Contributions
Registered Retirement Savings Plans allow Canadian Taxpayers to make contributions every year to their own savings plans. These contributions can also be made to the registered savings plans of your spouse. The benefit of making a spousal RRSP contribution may be substantial as it could allow for taxation to occur at different tax rates between you and your spouse. Essentially, spousal RRSP contributions are an acceptable way of income splitting for individuals. This is different from the treatment of spousal contributions to American ira plans such as the roth ira.
As Canadians, we are able to take advantage of the tax law that permits one spouse to essentially make payments and save for the retirement of the other spouse. Basically, any taxpayer can make contributions to his or her spouses Registered Retirement Savings plan and designate his or her spouse as the annuitant. For the taxpayer, this will reduce the amount the taxpayer can put into his own plan. However, the amount will be taxed on behalf of the spouse upon withdrawal. This could allow higher income earning spouses to transfer income to lower income earning spouses in a tax deferred timed way.

Paid Surveys - Are They A Solution To Your Cash Flow Problems?
Posted on Feb 11, 2007 at 08:15 PM by Trevor Fooks
| Comments (2)
Cash flow is the life blood of any business regardless of size. So even though the costs of running a work at home business are about as low as business costs can ever be, they still exist. Most newcomers will underestimate these business costs. To make the situation worse, it’s likely that a newcomer will have an exagerated idea of the potential of a work at home business.
Fortunately, there are some relatively simple ways to generate extra cash flow while getting your core business up to speed. One of the best ways to earn some extra cash is to join a popular paid survey site, such as SurveyScout.
Paid surveys are widely promoted as a great way to make money for stay at home moms and dads, students, retirees, unemployed people, and anyone ooking for an extra source of cash.
Let’s try to understand what a paid survey really is. The fact is that companies spend billions of dollars every year on what is commonly called market esearch. Success in business depends heavily on understanding your market, and knowing what your market wants. Market research today is extremely sophisticated, because the information gathered in this way can literally make or break a company.
A very common way and popular way to obtain information for market research is with surveys. Most people will have participated in a survey at some time or other. Surveys usually consist of a number of questions with multiple choice answers. Now, companies often spend vast sums of money hiring specialist market research companies to carry out surveys. The bigger companies will have their own market research departments. So it costs a lot of money to do market research, and it costs a lot of money to prepare and conduct statistically valid surveys. Companies will usually seek responses from at least one thousand respondents in order for the survey to have statistically validity. The more respondents the better, of course. Ideally a company would like to survey everyone in the market. However, a total market survey is generally not feasible due to the sheer cost of such an undertaking.
One of the methods companies use to gather survey data that is useful is by paying individuals to participate in the surveys. And this is where we come in. Paid surveys are a method used by many large companies to gather information for market research. The purpose of a paid survey membership site is to maintain a database of companies that offer paid surveys, and to distribute those paid surveys to members. In other words, your membership fee gives you easy access to paid surveys being distributed by large numbers of companies. Imagine how difficult and expensive it would be if you had to find all these companies yourself. It is the database of membership sites that makes it feasible to earn worthwhile money from paid surveys.
In simply terms, you complete the survey and the company pays you, usually by check. The more surveys you do, the more you earn. It’s still work, and in some respects it’s not much different to a job, but you can do the work at home, in your own time, and at your own pace.
So those people who claim that all paid survey sites are scams are misinformed. Some survey sites may indeed be scams, but there are scams in all walks of life. The better survey sites have been in business for a long time, and for good reason. They perform, and they keep their members happy.
“Can you make money with paid surveys?” Emphatically, yes! However, paid surveys are not going to make you rich. They are a way to earn some extra cash, and if you work at it, quite a lot of cash. But don’t expect more than that. They are very useful for anyone starting out with a work at home business that needs some extra cash flow while getting other more potentially lucrative areas of their business up to speed. And paid surveys are great for anyone who needs a simple easy way to get extra cash for any purpose. So as long as you understand the nature and limitations of paid surveys they really can be a great source of extra income. However, do stick with the more popular proven membership sites, like SurveyScout, and you can’t go wrong.

It is sad, but true: those who complain the most are often those who do the least to improve their situation.
We see it all around us. Some people always complain. There is a reason behind this, and it should be motivating to know why, so you can deal with this type of personality.

I have said this before, but you MUST test your webpages before releasing anything. Being too trigger-happy will cost you credibility. I can see people read my articles. The question is: why don't people listen?

Like the Kaizen-principle, there is quite a bit of truth to the fact that the first, small steps are (on one hand, the easiest) also the most difficult to take. Sometimes we want to see that things work before we PLUNGE in and start swimming.
You need to get into real action this year if you want to take your business anywhere. Some are already setting ground online that is based upon solid concrete. You need to take position WITHIN that market to start navigating towards online success!

One marketeer - I could name him, but won't do so to protect his business - claims he can bring you a fixed set of rules to achieve success.
Do this, do that, do so and so, don't do this, don't do that and finally don't do so and so...
IF everything was SO easy - and fixed beforehand - everyone would succeed and noone would fail.

Internet marketeers promise you their version - at a fee.
For xx$ they will reveal "golden nuggets" about so and so, and how you can achieve this and that in only xx days.
What would you say if somebody offered you this information FOR FREE?
If that person told you the very truth: that the results are defined by your willingness to ACT upon what you read?
You might even think the person was insane for revealing it for free, but nothing could be further FROM the truth.
The market is big enough for all of us, so keep reading. :-)

7 more ideas to help you save money this holiday season
Posted on Dec 4, 2006 at 02:41 PM by Sherrie Le Masurier
In my last personal finance post I shared with you some tips on how to save money this holiday season today I’m going to share with you 7 more ways to cut your spending this Christmas.
Only make promises you can keep
When it comes to children staying on budget can be pretty tough. Only make promises you can keep. Don’t give in to fads and check into national toy testing reports.
Don’t be a sucker for a sale
If the “best prices of the year - blow-out’ sale flyer isn’t advertising anything you want for those on your gift list, stay home.
Stock up on basics
Use the holidays as an opportunity to stock up on year round items like craft supplies, educational books etc. Some families wrap up these types of gifts and then storage them away until required. Chances are you would be purchasing these items anyway so why not give them as gifts?

7 ideas to help you save money this holiday season
Posted on Nov 29, 2006 at 07:02 PM by Sherrie Le Masurier
Christmas is an expensive time of year but with a little personal finance know-how you can learn to cut back and still find joy in the holiday season.
Following are some of my favorite ways to save money this holiday season. For more ways on how to save money this Christmas please read my most recent personal finance posts.
Know your weaknesses
It’s an advertiser’s job to appeal to your emotions at every turn. Be prepared for this and maintain your willpower.
Shop once
If you aren’t much of a shopper and just want to get it all over with, go once and call it finished. Midnight Madness mall sales are great for this. Go enjoy the festivities, do a little comparison shopping and then you’re done. Many malls also offer gift wrapping for a nominal fee. The advantage to this approach is you often spend less than if you shopped frequently.
Use the 24 hour rule
Most of us spent with our hearts not our heads. While this is not necessarily a bad thing, it can be when you see something you want and it’s not on your list. If that happens, then it’s time to put some space between thinking about it and actually buying it.

Christmas gift ideas that don’t cost a cent
Posted on Nov 26, 2006 at 12:56 PM by Sherrie Le Masurier
When it comes to gift giving you don’t even have to spend a cent to give a gift that is really thoughtful and appreciated.
Following are some of my favorite Christmas gift ideas that don’t cost a cent. For more ways to save money on gifts this holiday season please see my last few personal finance posts.
Give a gift of yours
If you have something a friend or relative admires consider giving it to them as a gift. I remember admiring the birthstone ring of friend who shared the same birth month and later receiving it as a gift. I was deeply touched and the ring will always be a cherished reminder of my good friend. Where appropriate attach a note.
Give donations in lieu of gifts
At office parties and other holiday functions where you might be asked to provide a gift, suggest a non-perishable drive for the local food bank in lieu of gift giving. You are bound to have some extra non-perishable items in your pantry.

How to save money when planning and purchasing Christmas gifts

My last few personal finance posts have been about ways to save money on Christmas gifts today I am going to talk about ways to plan for those Christmas gift purchases.
Following are some of my favorite ways of saving money on the whole holiday gift purchasing process.
Calculate the real cost of each gift
When figuring out how much a Christmas gift costs, do not forget to include taxes, gift wrapping, and any related shipping charges in the amount you have set aside. Less than 21 percent of consumers forget to include these expenses when planning their holiday shopping. A general rule of thumb is to add $15 to the cost of each gift you are shipping in order to stay within budget.

5 creative ways to save money on Christmas gifts
Posted on Nov 23, 2006 at 05:57 PM by Sherrie Le Masurier
There's no doubt about it the Christmas season is an expensive time of year. With a little creativity you can easily save money on your Christmas gifts.
Following are five creative ways to save money on your gift giving efforts this holiday season. (For more Christmas money saving tips please check out some of my previous personal finance posts.)
Purchase hostess gifts in bulk
Holiday hostess gifts - a box of truffles here, a fancy liquor there, can really impact the pocketbook. Instead consider purchasing a case of your favourite wine. By planning ahead you not only save about 20% by buying in bulk but you also have all your personal wine needs taken care of. To be sure you’re getting a deal ask what kind of price break you’ll get when your purchase a case. You may even be able to mix and match different wines. Other hostess ideas include bulk coffee, chocolate, or mixed nuts which can be individually packaged in cellophane and some seasonal ribbon.

3 more ways to save money on Christmas gift giving

Your Christmas gift giving efforts don’t have to cost a lot. What really counts is the thought that goes into making or purchasing a Christmas gift.
In my last post, I shared with you some of my favorite ways to save money on your Christmas gift giving, today I’m going to share three more money saving ideas.
Give the gift of time
Consider doing away with traditional gift giving completely and gifting your time instead. With time as precious as it is why not give a gift that will really be appreciated? Spend time with, not money on loved ones this season. Parents with young children would probably really appreciate the gift of babysitting. Elderly friends and relatives almost always enjoy a visit over a gift that comes in a box.

Christmas gift giving ideas that save you money

I really believe the best gifts come from the heart and are not necessarily purchased in a store. It is also not the amount that you spend but the thought that matters.
Following are some of my favorite gift ideas that help save you money.

Instead of giving individual gifts to all family members - draw names. The perfect time to do this is either a year in advance at Christmas or when the family gathers at Thanksgiving. How to save money on shipping Christmas gifts
Posted on Nov 21, 2006 at 12:52 PM by Sherrie Le Masurier
The key to saving money on shipping Christmas gift is to know your dates and when you need to have your gifts send out by to save the most. Where possible, ship packages by ground as upgrading to air and cost you up to five times more.
General domestic standard ground-shipping deadlines for a package to reach its destination by December 25 are typically:
* U.S. Postal Service (parcel post): at least 7 to 10 days before December 25.
* United Parcel Service (UPS): December 13.
* Federal Express: December 16. The U.S. Postal Service is the cheapest of the three, but note that they don’t offer free tracking or deals on insurance on the shipping of ground packages, as the others do.
(Please note that these dates are general guidelines only and it is always best to check to avoid disappointment.)

Most of us know little or nothing about our current credit rating or credit score. The only time we know there is something wrong is when credit applications or lease applications are denied. The truth is, it is critical that every single person knows everything about your credit rating and what is in their file. If you don’t know this information it will only lead to bad things in the future. So if you are planning to borrow money, apply for a mortgage or leasing a car, you need to request your credit report today to see what information is on it.

Unfortunately there are also those of us who always worry about never having enough, those who spend what they have so quickly and without thought that they have nothing to show for it and still others who hang onto the almighty buck so tight that they can't enjoy what they have.

With Halloween over it’s the time turn our thoughts to Christmas and the expense of it all. Sure Christmas is still more than eight weeks off but many of us have yet to give any real thought to how to save money now so we won't have to experience a drain on our finances.
Now is the time to create a spending plan and start saving money. Today, I'm going to show you how to save $400 by Christmas. Granted saving $400 before Christmas may not go very far in covering your total expenses but it’s a good place to start.
For instance, if we began today (November 1st) and ended on December 20th, we have 50 days in which to save, and would still have some shopping time left before Christmas. (I based my calculations on a rough eight week plan of 50 days x $8 a day = $400.) This whole exercise may even inspire you to start saving earlier next year.

15 Ways To Save Money On Your Next Trip To The Grocery Store

Did you know that grocery shopping at a certain time of day can actually result in substantial savings?
Following are 15 ways to save money on your next trip to the grocery store. With a little grocery shopping know-how you may be surprised at just how much you can reduce your weekly food bills. Happy grocery shopping!
1) Shop early in the morning within the first hour of the store opening for
the best deals.
2) Buy reduced meat. First thing in the morning most grocery stores put out
reduced meat, freshly packaged the day before. (A butcher friend told me
once that slightly aged red meat is better for the digestive system. Personally, I like my meat nice and red.)
By being selective yet going the reduced meat route, I routinely save 25 to 50% off the original price. My rule of thumb is to first check to see if the meat is free from browning around the edges and smells fresh. Be more cautious where poultry is concerned (harmful salmonella). If packaged meat looks questionable leave it or check with meat manager. You may also wish to speak with the store’s meat manager or butcher re: what time and day of the week they offer their best deals on meat and what type of cuts you can expect to find reduced. Once home either use any reduced meat purchases the same day or freeze immediately.

How to prepare for a personal loan interview

The more prepared you are for your personal loan interview the better your chances are of actually getting the loan.
Whether you are new to borrowing or are seeking a personal loan from a different financial institution it is important to development a relationship with your lender. Lenders are usually more willing to give financing to an existing customer so it is wise that you open an account with the financial institution in which you are seeking a loan from.
Additionally, the more business transactions you have with a particular financial institution the greater the chances are they will lend you money. You see lenders don’t like the idea of putting their relationship with other customers at risk. That does not mean you should only deal with one financial institution when you are starting out. The key is to be able to offer the lender some other business so when you are negotiating the terms of your loan your chances are greater you may be able to come away with a better interest rate.

Your Structured Settlement Payment, Can It Be Sold?
Posted on Aug 24, 2006 at 10:20 AM by Ellie G

Yes, anyone can sell a structured settlement payment. Injury victims in most of the United States now have the right to sell their structured settlement payment. In 2002 the United States Congress and 48 state governments agreed that settlement recipients should be able to receive their settlements in any manner in which they desire.
The key is to make an informed appeal to the courts only after you have consulted with a structured settlement professional.
Provided you can demonstrate to a court that your appeal to sell your structured settlement payment is in your best interest you should have no problem finalizing a sale. All you need is for a court to issue an order that authorizes you to sell your structured settlement payment to a structured settlement broker.

Mortgage Refinancing - Things to Consider

At one time mortgage refinancing was based on whether or not the lower monthly payment savings was worth the costs involved in acquiring a refinance loan.
Today the costs to refinance house and home are much less thanks to new “no cost” and low cost refinance rate packages.
Mortgage refinancing has never been as appealing as it is right now.
Refinance rate packages minimize or in some cases eliminate the out-of pocket expenses that you have to pay to initiate mortgage refinancing. Please note however that associated costs to refinance house and home are still there. Borrower, beware. With these new refinance rate packages that promote “no cost” or low cost mortgage refinancing some of the costs are hidden or come out in higher interest rates.

Learn Online Forex Trading - What is the broker commission in forex trading?

Now many of you know that their are broker commissions associated with the trades you make in stocks or futures or commodity trading. The commissions vary between $7 to $20 per trade depending on the broker you choose...
However it is said that in online forex trading there are no broker commissions..Is it true???
Not entirely..I agree there are no DIRECT COMMISSIONS associated. So, how do they brokers earn?? They earn on the basis of SPREADS between bid and ask price of a currency pair.
How?? let me give you an example - Each currency pair has a bid and ask price. Like lets say that EUR/USD has a
Bid price of - 1.3000
Ask Price of - 1.3003
So, if you have to buy the EUR you will

Money - Are You Honest About It?

When it comes to money and personal finances we aren't always truthful about our spending habits. Sometimes we don't even realize how untruthful we are until we end up in a negative financial situation.
This is where courage, integrity and honesty come into play. It's only after you’ve been honest with yourself about how you handle your money, can you truly achieve freedom - freedom from worry that is. Being honest and upfront about our money gives us peace of mind.
Debt is one indicator that you've been less than honest about your financial situation. We often lie to ourselves (and others) in order to justify our purchases.

In recent personal finance posts, I discussed the importance of examining your spending habits and finding out exactly where your money is going. Today, let’s look at your income - the total of all the money coming into your household from various sources.
Before we get started try to think positive. Instead of viewing your income as being low, try to view it as being enough. Tell yourself you have just want you need. In other words, think of your glass as being half full instead of half empty. It may sound like a strange thing to do but it CAN really make a difference in your whole personal finance outlook.

How Do I Sell My Endowment Policy?

Is your endowment policy a traditional one with-profits or whole-of-life with-profits policy? Has an established insurance company issued the same to you? Is its surrender value $2000 or more? Have you held it for longer than one third of its full term? If your answer to all these questions is affirmative, you can certainly sell your endowment policy.
Basic Requirements
Before you go ahead and contact anyone to sell your endowment policy, you must be ready with some basic documents. It may include a copy of your policy schedule, your last bonus notice etc. Moreover, if you had associated this policy to a mortgage with a bank or building society, get ready with all the previous deeds of agreement. Last, but not the least, if you have even a slightest doubt regarding your tax position, it is always prudent to consult an independent financial adviser.

Smart money habits take time to form. It all begins with a pen and a notebook that you carry with you at all times. For the next month, I want you to write down every individual amount you spend - be small or large. Your notebook doesn't have to be large, actually - the smaller the better since you want to get in the habit of taking it with you everywhere. The key here is to write down your expenses as they occur.

How Do I Respond To An IRS Offer In Compromise?

If you can prove that you do not have the capacity to pay your full taxes, an IRS offers, “Offer in Compromise” (OIC). It settles your taxes for a lesser amount than what you actually owe them. You can actually pay pennies for dollars. To pay pennies for dollars, you should have no assets or money. But always remember that this can save you a lot of money, only if done correctly. You need professional help in this. Though it has been around for quite some time, the IRS only started to use the OIC frequently post 1991.

You will enjoy lower interest rate if you consolidate your credit card debt. The goals of consolidating credit card debt are to lower the monthly debt payment and become debt-free faster. There are several choices in consolidating credit card debt:
Transfer to a Low Rate Credit Card
You can call your credit card issuers and ask them whether they can give a lower rate if you transfer the balances of other cards over to theirs. Try to negotiate for a fixed rate and ask them to waive any transfer fees if possible. If they agree, the same amount you pay each month will be more to principle and lesser to interest and thus eliminate your credit card debts faster. If you can’t get a lower rate from your current issuers, try to apply for a new low rate credit card.

You go into a lender's office prepared to apply for and receive a loan. After all, you've done your homework, you've pulled your credit reports and you know what your credit scores are--you even got one score from each of the three major credit bureaus: Equifax. Experian, and TransUnion. You are shocked when your loan is denied, or maybe you were approved, but the interest rate is much higher than you anticipated. How can that be you say? My credit score is good, I know I checked. Maybe it's not as good as you think. It all depends on there you got it and what kind of credit score it is.

There are times when mounting bills and debts make a person wonder if there is any way to get out of the debt treadmill. When creditors start to harass and credit card payments are long due, debtors are offered solutions by credit counseling agencies like Christian credit counseling agencies. Some credit counseling agencies are usually non-profitable organizations. They help you by negotiating and at times renegotiate deals with the creditors, consolidate debts and lower the balance and the interest and by accelerating debt payoffs. Christian credit counseling is different from others in that they offer spiritual guidance too, to restore faith, educating and helping the customers to be good debt free Christians. These agencies advocate surrender to the Lord, to honor and worship the Lord and to be good law abiding citizens. They also work out a debt management plan to help people to be debt free and stay debt free.

The learning curve in any endeavor involves four stages:
1. Unconscious incompetence (where the trader has no idea how much he or
she does not know about trading).
2. Conscious incompetence (where the trader realizes after initial losses that he

3. Conscious competence (where the trader has developed and is now doing
well as long as he or she works in his or her system and it's rules).
4. Unconscious competence (where the trader has mastered the rules and also
knows when to break the rules as conditions change, in a complete flow with the
markets based on great experience).
