What can entrepreneur learn from Walt Disney? Walt Disney was a visionary who was so successful in building Disneyland, which decades later and until now continues to entertain adults and children worldwide. When Pat Williams from NBA's Orlando Magic, set out to discover the story behind Walt Disney's business success, he was able to identify certain principles that helped Disney go beyond what others have done before him.

During the Depression years in his time, for example, Disney gambled all of his money and all the money that he could borrow to create a movie-length fairy tale. Sixty years later, the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is still a big moneymaker for the company Walt built. Disney always believed that the real secret of his success was his ability to use his imagination and creativity to do things that had been done before, but in different ways. Disney once said, "There are no new ideas. You just take a good one and improve upon it," and used this philosophy to continually reach for intangible qualities in his creation.
